I’ve mentioned now a few times that I got my nose bitten or the tip of my nose bitten completely off by the neighbor’s dog growing up at age 3 and you can hardly tell now which is wonderful; but the story of how it happened is quite funny so here for the details. Both men of the house my house and the neighbor’s house we’re cutting the grass and I was on my tricycle riding from driveway to driveway petting the dog at the neighbors because my mom wouldn’t let me have a dog of my own (now I’m a pity lover and a dog trainer) back home riding back to pet the dog and this carried on for some time of the morning and on that last time I ran over his little paw and an instinctually nipped my nose and did a good job but I still even at that age can remember the panic on my poor neighbors face and my parents face and the doctor’s face and how calm I was it was almost eerie. The wonderful doctors and surgeons did a few skin grafts and were able to reconnect my nose and unless you really know what happened you can’t tell or unless I’m really sunburned.
And a few details of the five severe car accidents I mentioned (of which none were my fault and we or I was seat belted in each event I thought that was an important detail to share); I was t-boned at 18 and thrown across the car out the other door, when I was in my next car accident it was a head-on collision where a woman slid on wet pavement and couldn’t stop and I had ditch lines that I couldn’t turn into ( now that one was scary watching the car coming head on). Another was a 14x roll over tumble down the middle of the interstate on our way to church right after our separation between my husband and myself and although two of my four kids were rejected and I broke my back we all pretty much walked away from that one the car was totalled of course. And then one was sliding on black ice and hitting a tree which I walked away from as well with just a broken nose. And then the one I consider my fifth in this story is the one I will go into detail later of being run over by a literal crazy lady (who did serve jail time and is still serving). But all the car accidents and healing and broken bones still not as bad as growing up in the manner of which I grew up and have been treated through my second marriage. A more upbeat blog is promised to come please continue reading.
